of sports every week!

We are excited to provide golf, tennis, fitness, and aquatics programs for young athletes to participate this fall while school and sports activities are on hold. It is a great way for your children to socialize and learn athletics in a safe and controlled environment under CDC
and State of Delaware COVID-19 Guidelines.

$30 per session for Members
$40 per session for Non-Members

A member number or credit card number are required to reserve a session. All clinics are a la carte and payment will be processed the day of the session. Cash will not be accepted.

There must be a minimum of four athletes to conduct each clinic. If there is not enough participation, an email will be sent out 48 hours in advance of the session to notify parents of any changes to the clinics.

Our Clinics

Tuesdays – Fridays
3:00 pm – 4:30 pm

Athletes of all ages and skill levels will participate in golf specific skill sets and learn golf etiquette. They will also be taught how to work through dynamic body movements to the swing the club effectively. These camps are divided up by age to give each athlete the opportunity to meet and create friends while learning and having fun playing the game of golf.

Tuesdays – Fridays
1:30 pm – 3:00 pm

Athletes of all ages and skill levels are welcome. Players will be divided by ability and will use either the Red, Orange, Green or Yellow tennis balls for each class. Fun and exciting games and activities will be played to help develop the age appropriate skills needed to play tennis.

Tuesdays – Fridays
3:00 pm – 4:30 pm

Highly qualified instructors will run the athletes through safe and fun exercises based on age and fitness level, providing a pathway to a better lifestyle through exercise and sport. The instructors will focus on four major elements of fitness that are crucial for juniors: speed, agility, strength, and flexibility.

Aquatics – Swimming & Diving
1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
Swim: Tuesday and Thursdays
Diving: Wednesday and Fridays

Participants will focus on developing and redeveloping swimming skills and strokes while being taught how to prevent aquatic emergencies and practice self-rescue techniques, Swimmers will be divided into groups based on ability.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of springboard diving, beginning with the basics of proper body alignment, form, technique, and safety, while having fun! For each dive category, participants would learn the different positions and how to execute them when applicable: straight, tuck, pike and free.

EACH SPORT that you would like your child to participate in this fall.
