Our new two-story, state-of-the-art fitness center is designed to meet all of our members' fitness goals. The center is full of high performance fitness equipment and we have put the best trainers in place so that you can get the most out of your experience here at the DuPont Country Club. We have a full schedule of group fitness classes from SWEAT to Aesthetics and Yoga to Zumba! and offer personal training. Locker rooms and childcare are also available.

Matthew Brooks - NSCA, ACE
Matt graduated from West Chester University in 2014 with his Bachelors in Exercise Science and a Minor in Coaching. He has been a certified Personal Trainer through NSCA since 2014, and a certified Group Exercise Instructor through ACE since 2016. Matt has experience working with a variety of different clients ranging from children to older adults. “I get pure joy out of helping people reach their personal goals...there is nothing like it.” In his free time, Matt enjoys pickup basketball, distance running, strength training and pretty much any type of food. He is a sports fanatic so feel free to stop by the Fitness Center just to say hi or talk about the game last night. “I am excited to join the team here at DuPont Country Club. I look forward to meeting you all and helping you achieve you personal fitness and wellness goals anyway I can!”

James Menz - MS, CSCS
Jim began his health & wellness career as a Certified Personal Trainer in 1992 and was certified in massage therapy the following year. In his career he has worked with a spectrum of clients in community, athletic and rehabilitative settings. He is a Corrective Exercise Specialist, holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and a Post Graduate Certificate in Rehabilitative Science. Early in his education career, Jim created the curriculum used by the largest personal training school in the country. Jim has been a college instructor for 13 years. In 2015 he constructed the Senior Fitness Specialist Class and ACSM Personal Trainer Prep course for the University of Delaware. He is an adjunct faculty member of Health and Exercise Science at Rowan University and conducts a series of continuing education events for health professionals in New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Dallas and throughout Florida. In January Jim published his first eBook: Heart Appreciation; The Nurse’s Guide to the Cardiovascular System. An engaging and energetic trainer, Jim combines his technical knowledge with warmth and pride in seeing his clients flourish.

Andrea Bradley - NASM - CPT
Exercise and being active have always played a vital role in Andrea’s life. She has been in the industry for 15+ years. Her personal fitness achievements have been running various Spartan and tough mudder obstacle course races, a marathon, numerous 1/2 marathons down to 5k races. Andrea has experience working with all different age groups and special populations including pregnancy, post cardiac rehab, rehabilitation, and diabetic. She enjoys working with people who want to better themselves and work towards a better quality of life. Andrea graduated from Liberty University with a BS in Health and Exercise Science and is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Andrea has the Cancer Exercise Specialist Certification, TRX Rip Trainer, the Gravity Training System and the Level I Functional Movement Screening and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is also a Running Coach for a local club. Fitness should be a lifestyle, not just a resolution, staying active is something one should look forward to and have fun with. Bianca Nagy - NASM - CPT
With 15 years of experience in fitness instruction (including being a NASM certified personal trainer), Bianca has a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. When not helping clients, she loves to spend time with her husband and two daughters doing outdoor activities that include cycling, swimming, running and skiing/snowboarding. Bianca chose DCC because the club seems to be the perfect blend of family, community, and uplifting others to be their very best.
